Southview is registered with the Ministry of Environment’s Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) allowing us to legally transport a variety of non-hazardous waste categories. Under our EASR Certificate, we can safely and legally carry the following materials:

• Leaf/yard waste
• Commercial Waste
• Wood Waste

• Non-Hazardous Solid Industrial Waste
• Contaminated Soil
• Processed Organics
• Non-Hazardous Spill Cleanup Material

We conduct our operations in accordance with Ontario Regulation 406/19 On site and Excess Soil Management and Ontario Regulation 347 Environmental Protection Act.
